Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Freelance Swimming Instructors. While prior experience and certifications in swim coaching are beneficial, they are not mandatory as training will be provided. This role requires a weekly fixed commitment to ensure consistency and optimal progress for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Conduct swimming lessons for students of various ages and abilities, using our structured curriculum.

  •  Adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of individual students, ensuring a positive and encouraging learning experience.

  •  Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during lessons.

  •  Maintain open communication with students and their parents/guardians regarding progress and goals.

  •  Commit to a fixed weekly schedule to provide consistent instruction and support to your students.

Key Requirements:

  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and an encouraging approach.

  •  Ability to commit to a fixed weekly schedule. This commitment is essential to ensure steady progress for the students.

  •  Punctual, reliable, and responsible.

  •  Availability to teach during peak hours, including weekends.

  •  Prior experience in swimming instruction and relevant certifications (e.g., lifeguarding, CPR) are beneficial but not required, as training will be provided.
